Where to Find Ancient Dragons’ Lightning Strike

You can buy the Ancient Dragons’ Lightning Strike incantation from either Miriel, Pastor of Vows, or Brother Corhyn for 10,000 Runes, but only after you provide them with the Ancient Dragon Prayerbook.

To obtain this spell, you must first finish the challenges in Leyndell, the royal capital, defeat the Fire Giant in the Consecrated Snowfield, and subsequently burn down the Erdtree.

After setting the Erdtree ablaze, you will awaken at Crumbling Farum Azula.

Navigate through the area until you reach the first ancient dragon. Take the left corridor and enter the room. Defeat the beastmen and then go into the adjacent room on your right.

This will lead you to a vast hall with the Prayerbook resting in the center. Clear out the enemies and take the Ancient Dragon Prayerbook from the debris.

Now that you have the book, you can take it to Miriel, Pastor of Vows, or Brother Corhyn. You’ll find Miriel in the Church of Vows located in eastern Liurnia.

Brother Corhyn may be found either at the Roundtable Hold or on the Altus Plateau, depending on how far along you are in Goldmask’s questline.
