What Is Stamina?

Your stamina determines how long you can perform activities like climbing steep hills and swimming across lakes. If your stamina runs out mid-action, your character may fall, slip, or even respawn in some cases. By boosting your stamina, you can uncover new areas, find hidden treasures, and complete quests that might otherwise be beyond reach.

How to Increase Your Stamina

The best way to enhance your stamina is by collecting Stamina Apple Slices. Collect five slices to craft one Stamina Apple, which will permanently boost your stamina level.

After you gather your first five slices, the Fantastic Fruit quest will unlock. Visit Chococat, located near his tent by the Resort Gate. He’ll have a quest marker above his head. Speak with him to receive the blueprints for making the Stamina Apple. With the blueprints, you can use Chococat’s crafting station to create your Stamina Apples and raise your stamina.

How to Obtain Stamina Apple Slices

You can find Stamina Apple Slices in two main ways: through Stamina Apple Treasure Chests and as Friendship Level rewards from certain characters.

Stamina Apple Treasure Chests

Stamina Apple Treasure Chests are scattered around the island and are easily recognizable by their gold-gilded edges and a golden apple design on their lids. These chests are often located in Puzzle Rooms or hidden in less obvious spots on the map.

Friendship Level Rewards

Additionally, building your friendship with certain Sanrio characters can earn you Stamina Apple Slices as rewards. However, not every character offers these rewards, and those that do may only provide them at specific friendship levels.

For instance, Badtz-Maru will give you a slice at friendship level four, while Hello Kitty provides one at friendship level 23. Other characters like Kuromi, My Melody, and Tuxedosam also help you collect these slices, so focus on building relationships with the right characters to maximize your stamina benefits.
