Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is here, inviting players to dive into an expansive and intricate world brimming with activities and discoveries. The sheer amount of content can feel a bit daunting at first. If you’ve pre-ordered or bought the Gold Edition, don’t forget to pick up your bonus items early to enhance your gaming experience.

While these items won’t drastically alter your gameplay, they do provide some solid starting gear. This can help you conserve your Groschen (in-game currency) early on—making them quite practical for your initial adventures. If you have access to these bonuses, we highly suggest seeking them out for a smoother start!

How to Claim Pre-Order Bonuses

If you pre-ordered Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you will unlock a special side quest called The Lion’s Crest. This treasure hunt is packed with riddles and adventure, ultimately leading to a full set of Brunswick’s Armor.

You can start this quest after completing the main mission known as ‘Laboratores,’ which lets you roam the expansive world. Once you’re free to explore Troskowitz, open your map, locate the Purple Shield icon, head over to it, and chat with Gaibl to kick off the quest.

How to Claim Gold Edition Bonuses

To access your valuable Gold Edition items in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you need to first finish the ‘Laboratores’ main mission and unlock the thrill of open-world exploration. After doing so, you’ll need to figure out how to get invited to a Wedding Party.

You can either go north to consult the Blacksmith, Radovan, or head south to request help from Kreyzl, the Miller. Either path will eventually lead you to your Gold Edition items, so pick whichever option suits you best.

These are optional quests during the Wedding Crashers main mission, but we recommend taking on at least one of them early on. Completing either will provide you with valuable benefits that extend beyond just your Gold Edition items!

Working for Your Items

After selecting which trade to pursue, talk to either Radovan or Kreyzl to inquire about job opportunities. You’ll be put to the test to demonstrate your skills, essentially serving as a tutorial that you can’t fail. Follow the instructions, and once you’re done, you can move on!

Doing a good job is essential since you’ll be able to keep what you create, which can be quite handy in the game’s initial stages. After completing this brief tutorial, head to your chambers for the next phase of your adventure.

We recommend visiting the other trade before progressing with the main quest, as both will provide beneficial information. You’ll need to choose which one you want to assist in getting into the Wedding Party, but you can work for both until that point, making the most of the opportunities available.

Start with Radavan for quicker access to your chambers. Kreyzl’s questline is lengthier, but both are worthwhile. Approach them to get into the Wedding Party, and then you have the freedom to continue with the main story or explore further!

Accessing Your Gold Edition Items

Once you’ve completed your first day’s work, you’ll gain access to a private chamber where you can sleep and safely store items in a chest. Go to your new room and open the chest to find all your Gold Edition items waiting for you.

Your rewards include the Shields of Seasons Passing and the Gallant Huntsman’s Kit, providing a solid armor boost. By linking your PROS account with your Twitch account, you’ll also be able to get your Twitch Drops through participating streams.

Inside the game, go to the Pause Menu, find DLCs & Extras, and look for the Extras section. Select the PROS option to link your accounts, giving you access to unique rewards and Twitch Drops!

Linking your PROS account lets you access the Lords of Skalitz Caparison. After linking, you’ll find this item in your chest after completing the aforementioned steps!
