If you’re looking to enhance interaction within your tavern or if you simply need an extra hand to manage customer orders, everyone can benefit from some assistance. Visit the merchant’s tent to access their shop menu and discover what you need.
In the furniture section, you’ll find options for both the Waiter Helper House and the Cleaner Helper House. They cost 1,800 gold each, which may seem pricey, but they’re a smart investment that can really benefit your tavern.
Tip: While there are different color variations for these houses, like livestock, you can’t choose which color you will receive.
You can place these houses inside your tavern or on the porch to conserve space. These cute little abodes will welcome the newest additions to your establishment: helper owls!

Note: Though they can handle operations independently, it’s best not to leave them alone for too long.

Both types of helpers come with their own inventories that you can access, and you can also ask them to stay at their houses if you prefer to take charge of things yourself.
The Waiter Helper

Tip: Make sure to place dishes and drinks on the counter so the owls can reach them!
However, keep in mind that the waiter does not cook and won’t access food stored in chests. They also can’t replace empty barrels, so you’ll still need to manage those tasks yourself.
The Cleaner Helper
The Cleaner Helper is arguably the most valuable companion. They will handle all the messy tasks for you, such as cleaning webs, mopping up spills, and removing dirt and debris to maintain a tidy tavern.
