Ender Magnolia: Bloom In The Mist offers a rich selection of collectibles as you navigate through the Land of Fumes, including special items known as relics. These relics serve as magical tools that can significantly enhance Lilac’s offensive and defensive abilities.
Each relic might need more than one relic slot, making equipping multiple items a bit tricky. At the game’s outset, Lilac has just two relic slots. Although you can expand this number, the process can be challenging, requiring some effort if you wish to maximize the potential of these relics.
How to Unlock Additional Relic Slots
Unlocking extra relic slots involves finding Magic Vials. Each Magic Vial you discover will grant you an additional relic slot. You can collect these vials through exploration or by purchasing them from a Craftory.
The Craftory has a limited stock of Magic Vials, and with each purchase, the price of the next vial increases. If you haven’t accessed the Craftory yet, you’ll need to progress in the game until you defeat Yolvan in the Old City – Lower Stratum area.
Initially, the Craftory only offers 15 Magic Vials, and you’ll need Materials—the game’s currency—to buy them. You can find Materials by breaking items in the environment and defeating specific foes.
It’s a good idea to keep an eye on how many Materials you’ve collected through the inventory system. Once you’ve accumulated enough to buy a Magic Vial, teleport to the Respite near the Craftory in the Old City Market area and make your purchase.
Storing up on Magic Vials is wise, especially as you approach the mid-game. You’ll encounter numerous powerful relics, but you won’t be able to equip them all without enough slots. So, if you’re struggling against a boss, consider visiting the Craftory to buy more Magic Vials and experiment with new relics that could give you an edge.
If you’ve been exploring the Land of Fumes, you may notice glowing purple lights in different areas. Interacting with these lights can reveal relics, collectible items, or currency. Additionally, you can come across larger quantities of Materials and Magic Vials in certain spots on the map.
