How to Unlock All Vi-O-La Motorcycle Skins
You Need to Use the Amiibo
To get different skins for the motorcycle in Metroid Prime 4, you’ll need to use a special amiibo made for the game. In particular, you’ll want the “Samus & Vi-O-La” amiibo, which shows Samus riding the new motorcycle in her Prime 4 suit. When you tap this amiibo on your device, it unlocks several features, such as:
- Extra skins for the Vi-O-La
- Boost upgrades that let you keep boosting until you leave the Sol Valley area
- A Vi-O-La radio that lets you change music tracks in the Sol Valley hub
Keep in mind, not all skins are available right away. You’ll need to unlock them by riding the motorcycle, earning points on the odometer. Based on our playthrough, we managed to unlock all skins just before finishing the game.
