Once you’ve finished the game, Marathon Mode presents itself as an option. But beware—it’s designed to take significantly longer to finish than the standard version. This article will clarify what Marathon Mode is all about and what you can expect.

What is Marathon Mode?

You won’t find Marathon Mode available right from the start. To unlock it, you need to first complete the game. After you’ve done that, you can select it from the main menu when starting a new game.

This mode is quite different from the usual gameplay. In Marathon Mode, deliveries keep arriving at your door without a break. As you pick up pieces, new deliveries come in, and the cycle continues until all puzzle pieces have landed. Unlike the regular game, the puzzle pieces in this mode come from all seasons. This means you’ll need to finish puzzles from every season to complete the mode.

The delivery area, known as the Hallway, is significantly larger than in the standard game. You’ll need sufficient space to manage all the puzzles at once. In total, you’ll have to complete 75 puzzles.

It’s essential to remember that the Hallway may not have enough wall space to hold every completed puzzle. So, be sure to move finished puzzles into other rooms as you progress. Furthermore, unlike the regular mode, all rooms are accessible right from the start in Marathon Mode.
