EA Sports FC 26 features many strong young forwards, such as Haaland and Mbappe. However, the top seasoned center strikers are often very expensive in career mode. If your team can’t afford to spend over $100 million on a top-tier striker, consider looking for a younger player who might eventually reach that level. They tend to cost much less.
Price is an important factor when choosing young players because you don’t want to overpay for someone who may not hit their full potential. That’s why we’ve considered their current skill level, potential ability, price, and key attributes when creating this list of the best young strikers to buy in career mode.
This list is only for male team career modes with players 21 years old or younger at the start of your save.
Jeronimo Domina
- Starting Rating: 70
- Current Team: Union de Santa Fe
- Potential Rating: 82–88
- Age: 19
Jeronimo Domina might be a hidden gem. He starts out at Union de Santa Fe in Argentina and has a maximum potential of 88. He’s very affordable, costing under $5 million at the beginning. You might aim to develop him into a superstar, but he can even be useful right away because he’s fast and agile, with a decent 74 finishing.
Conrad Harder
- Starting Rating: 74
- Current Team: RB Leipzig
- Potential Rating: 83–89
- Age: 20
Many already know Conrad Harder, who previously played for Sporting and now for Leipzig. His potential in career mode is high, capable of reaching the top levels. He’s fairly inexpensive, around $17 million, although he just moved to Leipzig at the start, so convincing him to join early might be tough. Still, he’s a physical presence with strong aerial ability, good speed, and powerful shooting.
Samu
- Starting Rating: 79
- Current Team: Porto
- Potential Rating: 83–89
- Age: 21
Samu is more costly but worth considering if you have the bankroll. His high potential combined with his already solid 79 rating makes him a dangerous threat. He costs around $50–$65 million but offers an excellent mix of speed (83 sprint speed), jumping (94), strength (90), and finishing (83) for a 21-year-old. He’s close to being the complete package and will only improve.
Eli Junior Kroupi
- Starting Rating: 74
- Current Team: Bournemouth
- Potential Rating: 82–88
- Age: 19
Kroupi begins with a solid 74 rating, with the potential to grow up to 88. Although he’s new at Bournemouth, he’s inexpensive—likely under $15 million. He has good speed and dribbling, and already possesses finesse shot and incisive pass traits, making his finishing and passing pretty strong for his age. He’s a promising buy for the future.
Kaua Elias
- Starting Rating: 71
- Current Team: Shakhtar Donetsk
- Potential Rating: 81–87
- Age: 19
Kaua Elias starts his career playing in Ukraine. Because he’s not in one of the biggest leagues, he’s undervalued—possible to buy for under $10 million. His initial attributes include good pace and dribbling, with an impressive 86 jumping. With some development, he could be a real aerial threat.
Francesco Camarda
- Starting Rating: 65
- Current Team: On loan at Lecce, parent club Milano FC
- Potential Rating: 84–90
- Age: 17
Camarda’s ability isn’t high now, but his potential is exceptional. He can grow into one of the best strikers, reaching up to a 90 rating. He starts on loan, so he isn’t available from the start in your first season, and his price isn’t clear yet. His initial attributes are modest, but his future upside is significant. A bit of risk, but rewarding if developed well.
Charalampos Kostoulas
- Starting Rating: 72
- Current Team: Brighton
- Potential Rating: 82–88
- Age: 18
Kostoulas begins with a 72 rating at Brighton. He’s a quick and jumping athlete, with decent finishing. He might be bought for less than $10 million, despite a release clause of around $16.4 million, making him an attractive option for developing potential.
Mathys Tel
- Starting Rating: 77
- Current Team: Tottenham
- Potential Rating: 84–90
- Age: 20
Tel is one of the most widely recognized young attackers, having started at Bayern Munich before moving to Tottenham. His age gives him room to develop into a 90-rated striker. He costs about $42 million, but he already shows high speed and shot power. His 79 finishing and finesse shot ability make him dangerous early on.
Endrick
- Starting Rating: 77
- Current Team: Real Madrid
- Potential Rating: 87–93
- Age: 18
Endrick is one of the top young strikers globally. At Real Madrid, his potential is clear. He could become the best striker in the game if properly developed. His asking price is around $40.5 million, which is relatively low considering his enormous potential. His current stats include excellent acceleration, sprint speed, jumping, and agility. He’s already a capable finisher and a promising investment for the future.
