HumanitZ officially left Early Access in 2026, bringing with it many updates and improvements. One of the most significant changes was the complete overhaul of the Skill System in version 1.0. This update altered how some skills work and made unlocking skills require more focus and effort.

### Best Skills to Unlock First
Skills are divided into different categories: Weapons, Survival, and Professions, each with its own skill trees. To unlock a skill, you first need to complete a series of simple tasks, then level up and spend Skill Points on the skills you want.
