Astarion is a well-liked character in Baldur’s Gate 3, and it’s easy to see why. He’s a charming, handsome high elf with a rogueish style and almost supernatural charisma. You’ll meet him early in the game, and he’s quick to join your adventure.

He has the following stats:

As his elf spell, Astarion selected Minor Illusion, which can be useful for distracting enemies, though damage dealing tends to be more advantageous. His high Dexterity makes him an effective rogue, especially with finesse weapons, and his solid Constitution helps with durability.

His attribute spread makes him suitable for sneaky, damage-focused roles. You can build Astarion either for melee combat or ranged attacks, depending on your party’s needs and your preferred playstyle.

Best Melee Astarion Build
