The rankings in our College Football 26 list are based on each team’s offensive and defensive performance as of Saturday, July 12—marking the game’s launch weekend. Alabama holds the top position with an offensive rating of 89 and a defensive rating of 96. However, if high-scoring games are all you’re after, teams like Penn State, Ohio State, and Texas—each with an offensive rating of 91—might be better picks for you.
