A well-known PlayStation 5 action game has unexpectedly released a new edition and an update on the PS Store today.
Super Evil Megacorp announced that to mark the game’s third anniversary, they are launching a special TMNT: Splintered Fate update along with a new edition that lets fans experience everything this roguelike brawler has to offer.
The TMNT: Splintered Fate Gold Edition includes the base game plus all three DLCs—Casey Jones & the Junkyard Jam, Metalhead, and Alopex—in one comprehensive package. PC players will also have access to the Gold Cowabunga Edition, which adds a digital art book and soundtrack for an even richer experience.

Along with the Gold Edition release, Super Evil Megacorp revealed a new, free update is now available. This patch features some balancing tweaks, and the developers hint at the presence of “hidden secrets” that players can discover.
