As you venture through the Trosky area in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you’ll meet a range of interesting characters, each facing their own dilemmas that Henry is asked to help with. These tasks can include locating a missing individual, retrieving a lost item, or even helping to settle a debt.
One of the more surprising side quests you may discover involves a shepherd troubled by wolves threatening his sheep. This challenge is an unexpected encounter that Henry can come across during his adventures. This guide will detail how to begin and finish the quest known as Sheep Among Wolves.
Starting the Sheep Among Wolves Quest
Once you’ve finished the Mutt quest, wait a few days in-game. Then, make your way to Troskowitz and talk to Innkeeper Betty at the Tavern situated northeast of the village.
Inquire about any news, and she will share some concerns regarding the wolf population.
This interaction will activate a new quest marker that appears in red, just north of Tachov.
Head to that location, and you’ll find Herdsboy Siegfried near his home. Speak with him to learn about his predicament and agree to assist him to initiate the Sheep Among Wolves quest.
Locating the Wolf Pack
Your next objective is to locate and handle the wolf pack. Start by heading to the initial marker, which will lead you to a sheep carcass.
From there, follow the blood trail, which will guide you to the wolf pack’s location in the center of the designated area. Once you arrive, eliminate all the wolves and butcher their bodies to collect their ears, as you will need these for the next steps.
Completing the Sheep Among Wolves Quest
After dealing with the wolves, return to Herdsboy Siegfried and update him on what happened. Make sure to present the wolf ears as proof that you’ve resolved the issue.
Once you provide the evidence, the Sheep Among Wolves quest will conclude, and you will earn rewards including Groschen, a Cheap Wine, a Weak Marigold Decoction, two Bandages, two Dried Apples, and one Cooked Carrot.
