Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous offers a romantic option for everyone, catering to those who prefer a slow-building connection as well as those seeking a straightforward relationship. Both male and female players can pursue a romance with Wenduag, who presents various potential outcomes in their relationship. Depending on your decisions throughout the game, Wenduag can either turn against you or evolve into a deep soulmate connection.
You meet Wenduag after falling into a crevice in the city, where she is assisting Lann in his quest for a holy sword. Once you recruit them into your party, you’ll soon arrive in Neatholm, where you can begin your romance with Wenduag in Pathfinder: WotR. Initially, Wenduag may come across as distant or harsh, but as you interact more, you’ll discover her genuine intentions and desire for her people’s welfare. This also leads you to confront Lann if you wish to pursue a romance with her.
Best Way to Romance Wenduag
Keep Her in Your Party
Similar to other romantic interests in Pathfinder: WotR, it’s essential to have Wenduag in your party to unlock key moments for developing your relationship. When you reach Neatholm, you must decline to present the Light of Heaven to the tribe, adhering to Wenduag’s wishes.
When it’s time to ascend, choose Wenduag over Lann to travel back to the surface with you. This decision marks the beginning of your romantic journey with her.
Which Choices to Make to Romance Wenduag After Act 1
Avoid Betrayal in the End
Wenduag’s romance, much like Camellia’s, does not involve specific romance actions in Act 2, allowing you to proceed freely. You can begin to explore your feelings in Act 3 while in Drezen. Ask Wenduag if she finds you attractive and express your feelings for her. This conversation can lead to a night spent together without the need for commitment. When she invites you to Neatholm, agree to join her.
During a camping scene, inquire about her scar instead of pushing for intimacy. At the command table, you must experience two events in Act 3: first, Wenduag should complain about the One-Eyed Devil and you must respond by saying there are many fools in the world, and you’re not feeling sorry for her; the second event involves her being involved in a fight.
When she wants to share another night together during a camp event, focus on asking about her scar. At the command table in Act 3, trigger two specific events: one where Wenduag expresses frustration over the One-Eyed Devil and you respond that there are many idiots around and you do not pity her, and another event where Wenduag is in a brawl.
Choose to resolve the situation privately and engage with her flirting, as this satisfies one requirement for a genuine love ending.
In Act 4, ensure you accept her challenge for a drinking contest and do not back down before she does. Then, tell her that love is imaginary. When she talks about getting close to Savamalekh, take her along for the battle against him. Afterward, go hunting with her and assist in treating her wounds. Follow her lead in these moments without making her uncomfortable, and demonstrate your support by telling her you’ll always be there for her when needed.
The final task occurs in Act 5: discover Sull while navigating the world map and bring him back to Drezen. Completing this mission activates Wenduag’s Act 5 quest, finalizing her romance path. Afterward, proceed to the end of your Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous adventure or dive into another playthrough for additional experiences.
