A PS5 and PS4 game has reappeared in the PS Plus Extra catalog after it mysteriously vanished in November 2025. Totally Reliable Delivery Service is a multiplayer party game that has over 14 million downloads. The game disappeared from the catalog following the release of a native PS5 version.
Totally Reliable Delivery Service was among several titles that were suddenly removed from PS Plus without warning.
This confirms our suspicions: a glitch in the PS Store occurs whenever Sony updates a game’s SKU, which results in PS Plus titles temporarily disappearing from the service.
Resolving these issues can take anywhere from weeks to several months, as seen with Sayonara Wild Hearts, Sega’s Endless Dungeon, and more recently, A Hat in Time.
Sometimes, Sony doesn’t fix the problem at all. Last year, Carto and Spirit of the North went missing from PS Plus, and instead of fixing the glitch, Sony chose to remove them from the catalog permanently.
In this case, it took about four months for Totally Reliable Delivery Service to return to the PS Plus library.
Currently, no other missing games have been reported, so everything seems to be back on track—for now.
