Blueprints are essential for making progress in Arc Raiders, transforming scavenged materials into important gear for battles. But finding these blueprints isn’t as easy as opening random containers. Some locations and storage types are more likely to contain blueprints than others. Knowing where to look can save you hours of searching and lead to better upgrades more consistently.
Here are some key tips and locations to improve your chances of finding blueprints in the game. Understanding how blueprint drops work and focusing on specific areas can help make your raids more successful.
### How to Find Blueprints
In Arc Raiders, blueprints are partly luck and partly strategy. They can drop from almost any loot source, but focusing on high-tier zones and special storage containers increases the chances significantly. Rarity areas tend to provide more valuable items overall, including blueprints. Doors that are locked or barred often hide better loot, so prioritizing these spots is a good idea.
While exploring containers like backpacks, duffel bags, weapon crates, Silver Raider caches, and other special storage points, pay close attention. These spots have a higher probability of containing blueprints than common loot boxes or floor drops.
> Keep an eye out for these containers when in elevated loot zones or working through locked doors—they tend to be the most frequent locations for blueprints.
### Best Places to Farm Blueprints
Here are some reliable spots where you can farm blueprints consistently:
#### Dam Battlegrounds Broken Bridge
This location beneath the raised highway between Raider Outpost East and East Broken Bridge is excellent for blueprint farming. You’ll find a Raider cache in a small gap there. The easiest way to access it is by ziplining from the ground or dropping from the highway above and vaulting onto the ledge. This spot regularly provides blueprints.
> I personally check this spot every time I play Dam Battlegrounds because it’s so dependable for blueprints.
#### Dam Battlegrounds Dam Ledge
Another good farming route is along the lower section of the dam itself. Approach from the right side and walk along the narrow sidewalks on the floodgates’ ledge, lowering each bridge segment as you go. Some doors here are barricaded; opening them reveals rare loot containers and often rewards you with blueprints.
> Also, search the southeast area nearby—raider caches can spawn amid debris, offering additional chances for blueprints.
#### Blue Gate Village
For players who progress further and acquire the Blue Gate Village Key, this village located west of the main Blue Gate map is a top blueprint source. Use your key to open the large double doors at the center. Inside, high-tier containers are common, and blueprints often drop from them.
> Although this area is harder to farm without the key, the effort is worth it, making it one of the most dependable spots for blueprints.
These locations tend to have the best drop rates for blueprints and can significantly boost your gear progression.
