A recent leak has surfaced online revealing potential titles for the upcoming PS Plus Essential games lineup in March 2026, which might disappoint some fans.
According to a report from Dealabs, one of the PlayStation 5 games scheduled for free download through PS Plus Essential is last year’s PGA Tour 2K25. Developed by HB Studios and published by 2K, the game launched in February 2025, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version arriving earlier this month.
At this point, it’s uncertain what other titles will be included in the lineup for subscribers. Previously, February 2026’s free games included Undisputed, Subnautica: Below Zero, Ultros, and Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown—all of which remain available to add to your library until March 3, 2026.
Dealabs also states that the March lineup will be announced on March 3 and will be available until April 7, 2026. We can expect more details about the upcoming games in the near future, as Sony typically releases official announcements just before each month begins.
PGA Tour 2K25 marks the sixth entry in the PGA Tour 2K series and received favorable reviews. Critics on OpenCritic awarded it an 81%, and it was also nominated for Sports Game of the Year at the 29th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards.
