In Pokémon Pokopia, there are some materials that you’ll need to use often, and one of them is a simple leaf. As you work on different projects and craft items, it’s important to gather a good number of leaves so you don’t have to look for them randomly when you need them quickly.
Fortunately, finding a leaf is usually a quick and simple task. During your exploration, you’ll often see opportunities to collect leaves because they are common across the area. There are several easy ways to get them.
The first way is to pull up any weeds growing out of the ground. These look like small plants with three leaves, sprouting from green grass. Just walk up to one and interact with it to pull it out, which will give you a leaf.
Another method is to use the Cut move on patches of grass, which are likely nearby. When you cut through the grass, you might leave behind a leaf that you can pick up. If you want to gather more leaves, you can grow new patches of grass using the Leafage move and then continue cutting until you get the number of leaves you need.
Sometimes, a Pokémon may give you leaves as a thank you gift for helping them or taking care of their environment. However, since these gifts are random, they shouldn’t be relied on as a consistent way to collect leaves.
Once you have enough leaves, remember to check out how to get Lumber and Vine Ropes to help you craft more items in Pokémon Pokopia.
