A fresh season has officially arrived in Pokémon GO, ushering in Delightful Days just in time for summer. Seasons in Pokémon GO play a crucial role, influencing everything from bonuses and spawns to eggs over the course of several months. While there are ongoing events year-round, summer is particularly exciting, and Delightful Days is packed with notable changes.
The previous season, Mythical Mastery, has wrapped up, making way for new and thrilling features in Delightful Days. Trainers don’t need to take special actions to join in on the fun, but many daily activities will see a shift as the new season kicks off. Here’s everything you need to know about Delightful Days in Pokémon GO.
Delightful Days Schedule
Three Months of the New Season
Like previous seasons in Pokémon GO, Delightful Days will last three months. Weekly events will continue to evolve, affecting spawns, raids, and available eggs; however, many features will remain unchanged throughout the season. Notably, events like the recent Final Strike: Battle Week, which introduced several new Pokémon, will also be part of the mix.
All Delightful Days Features and Bonuses
Bonuses and Features Throughout Delightful Days
Throughout the season, various bonuses and rewards will be available to all players without the need for ticket purchases. Players will enjoy one additional special trade each day and those who catch Pokémon in the day will receive an increased amount of XP for their first catch, allowing them to progress faster in Pokémon GO. With new spawns, trainers should also take advantage of Incense during this period, as Daily Adventure Incense will be doubled each day.
The highlight of this season will be the major event scheduled for Pokémon GO Fest, which will be held on June 28 and 29, 2025.
Many features will make a return this season, including Eggs-pedition Access, which will occur monthly and grants bonuses, research, and extra incubators for trainers. The previously introduced GO Pass will reset, giving everyone a chance to earn even more rewards. Furthermore, the new RSVP Planner will see more updates throughout the season, including its use in Gigantamax Battles. This feature lets trainers pre-book slots for Raid Battles before they kick off. Other events, including GO Battle League, PokeStop Showcases, and fresh Research Breakthroughs, will also return with exciting twists.
New Pokémon Debuts & Wild Spawns During Delightful Days
Pokémon Debuts: Coming Soon—But Not Confirmed
While exact new Pokémon haven’t been officially confirmed, Pokémon GO has revealed that creatures from the Paldea, Galar, and Hisui regions will be making their way into the game this season. While several from these regions have shown up already, a number remain undiscovered, leaving room for trainers to complete their Pokédex during Delightful Days.
More Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokémon are also confirmed, with three already revealed: Gigantamax Cinderace, Gigantamax Inteleon, and Dynamax Hatenna.
This season will also feature various Wild Spawns, strategically influenced by real-world locations and environmental types. Some Pokémon will be easier to find than others based on your geographical location. Trainers will be categorized into either the Northern or Southern Hemisphere, leading to exclusive spawns for each group.

Most of the Pokémon listed above can also be found as shinies in the wild. Additionally, there are several rare Pokémon highlighted this season, so if you’re looking to complete your collection or evolve certain ones, now’s the perfect chance. Rare spawns include Tadbulb, Rookidee, and Gossifleur.
All Pokémon Eggs During Delightful Days Season
New Sets of Eggs to Hatch
In addition to these wild spawns, Pokémon available to hatch from in-game eggs will also refresh. If you have space in your egg storage, you can collect eggs by spinning various PokeStops. These eggs can be 2km, 5km, or 10km in length, often containing rarer Pokémon. The 7km eggs are earned through Gift Exchanges or by completing Routes, provided you have room in your inventory.

Regular egg pools will be available whenever you collect eggs at a PokeStop. Additionally, there are unique Adventure Sync egg pools, which you can receive each Monday based on your walking distance from the previous week. The Pokémon in these special eggs are often rarer than those found in standard eggs.
Moreover, players can also earn rare Red 12km eggs by defeating Team GO Rocket Leaders such as Sierra, Arlo, or Cliff. Whether these will be updated for the new season is still unconfirmed. The Delightful Days season brings a wealth of changes and rewards for trainers, making the next three months in Pokémon GO an exciting time!
