How Long Is Metroid Prime 4?
We completed Metroid Prime 4 in about 13 hours. By then, we had found around 66% of the items and were on track to reach 100% completion. The game is compact and the central hub area is well-designed, so you’ll naturally pick up many items along the way.
On average, it takes about 15 to 20 hours to fully complete Metroid Prime 4, depending on how long you spend on boss fights and puzzles.
What Do You Unlock After Beating Metroid Prime 4?
Once you finish the game in normal mode—the highest mode available at the start—you unlock hard mode, along with new soundtrack tracks to listen to while exploring the world. The hard mode isn’t just tougher enemies; overall combat difficulty is increased, and save stations will only restore your energy.
To play on hard mode, you need to beat the game at least once. Afterward, you can start a new save file and take on the game’s more challenging version.
