Creating memoirs is Swann’s specialty, and there’s a lot to document in Velvet Cove. In Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, you’ll have numerous chances to make your own videos to share with your friends Autumn, Nora, and Kat. However, with so much to explore, you might overlook some details.
Fortunately, we’ve kept a record for you. From start to finish, we’ve compiled a list of every memoir we’ve discovered. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know to create your memoirs, edit your recordings, and clear space on the camcorder to keep the fun going. Ready, set, go!
How to Create Memoirs
Swann enjoys making home videos, and as her director, you’ll be in charge of capturing the best scenes. To create a successful memoir, you need to obtain the required number of clips for the final product.
You can find the required number displayed at the top left of the capture box, next to the memoir title.
Most subjects can be captured only once, but there are usually more subjects available than needed for the collectible tapes. Every one adds to the scene total, but you only need to use the specified amount for the memoir.
Memoirs are automatically created from the clips you’ve gathered, and you can watch them anytime through the camcorder menu. Below is a list of all available memoirs along with the chapters where you can film them:

For some memoirs, you’ll need to film the same subject multiple times during different conversations or back-to-back.
Others might require you to perform a specific action or interact with objects.
How to Edit Memoirs
Often, you’ll collect more footage than necessary for a single tape. Luckily, you can choose which clips to include. Open the memoir menu and then select the option to edit at the bottom left of the screen.
From there, you can rearrange existing videos or replace scenes to create the perfect memoir. Once you’re satisfied, save your edits and then watch your newly created version with Swann’s commentary.
You can delete unnecessary footage by using the correct option shown at the bottom of the camcorder menu. This will allow you to remove any clips you no longer need, including extras that could have been used for other memoirs.
Deleted footage cannot be recovered
If you want to be cautious, use the junk tab to browse through any unnecessary footage. When deleting, a prompt will inform you if the clip can be used in a memoir. If it can’t, it’s just for your entertainment, so it’s safe to delete.
