- After finishing the radio and valves puzzle in Silent Hill 2 Remake and installing the hour hand, you will obtain the Minute Hand but will be sealed inside.
- Find the Pigeon Figurine in the open wardrobe located in Apartment 210.
- In Apartment 209, go to the bathroom and break the divider that’s blocking the bathtub.
- Retrieve the Malformed Figurine Part from inside the bathtub.
- Go to Apartment 211 and break through the wall in the kitchen.
- Navigate through to find the Wooden Swan Head sitting on the counter.
- Combine the Swan Head and the Malformed Figurine Part in your inventory to create the Swan Figurine.
