Where to Find the Poisoned Hand in Elden Ring

You can obtain the Poisoned Hand in the sewer area of the Belurat Tower legacy dungeon located in the Gravesite Plain.

To gain access to the sewer, you’ll first need the Well Depths Key. Begin your search at the Small Private Altar site of grace.

Exit the room, head up the stairs, and take a left. Watch out for the Horned Warrior lurking nearby. Go up another set of stairs and quickly make a right turn.

Continue along the path, veering left until you stumble upon a small toxic marsh. Turn left again to enter the adjacent room.

Climb the ladder and step outside, then turn left. Avoid going down the stairs; instead, stick to the left wall. Jump onto the rampart to reach the balcony on your left.

Slide through the door and interact with the item to collect the Well Depths Key.

Next, fast travel to the Belurat Tower Settlement site of grace. Retrace your steps and ascend the stairs to find a fountain.

When you’ve reached the fountain, make a right and scale another set of stairs. Turn immediately to the right at the top, then take the first left where you’ll see a ladder leading down into a well.

Drop down and eliminate the enemy waiting below. Use the Well Depths Key to unlock the door leading you into the sewer level of the Belurat Tower Settlement.

The sewer is fraught with toxic marshes and man-fly foes. Quickly traverse this area while utilizing Neutralizing Boluses to counteract poison buildup. Once you make it to the far end, examine the corpse near a tower to retrieve the Poisoned Hand weapon.
