Where to Find Law of Regression

You can buy the Law of Regression incantation for 10,000 runes after delivering the Golden Order Principia prayerbook to Brother Corhyn or Miriel, the pastor of vows.

To obtain the Golden Order Principia prayerbook, head to Leyndell, the royal capital, and defeat Godfrey, the First Elden Lord (golden shade). Doing so will grant you access to the Erdtree Sanctuary site of grace.

From the site of grace, step outside onto the balcony with a climbable tree trunk. Ascend it to reach the second floor of the sanctuary. Once you’re upstairs, exit through the door and take an immediate left. Look down to spot a roof and jump down onto it. Re-enter the sanctuary through the shattered window.

Turn right to find a treasure chest containing the Erdtree Bow. Continue along the path until you encounter another tree trunk to climb. You should see a hanging chair with an item on it—interact with it to grab the Golden Order Principia prayerbook.

It’s important to note that you cannot cast the Law of Regression without sufficient Intelligence. Alternatively, consider using Intelligence-enhancing items and talismans if you prefer not to respec.

This incantation is vital for finishing the questline of Brother Corhyn and Goldmask. If you’re progressing through their storyline, they’ll need your assistance in unraveling the mystery of Radagon’s Statue.

The statue is located in Leyndell as well, which you can access after defeating Godfrey, First Elden Lord (golden shade). Use the spiral staircase from the Erdtree Sanctuary Site of Grace until you reach an elevator. Take it down to find a giant statue of Radagon, accompanied by the message:
