The Challenger’s Deep bestiary is the second collection you can complete while exploring the cave system beneath Rosilt Bay in Roblox’s Fisch. After you upgrade your submarine at Volcanic Vents, you can make your way to Challenger’s Deep, located in the opposite direction, where you’ll find everything encased in ice instead of lava.
Along with the nine fish listed in the Challenger’s Deep bestiary, you can also attempt to catch the elusive Frozen Leviathan, a rare catch that can be quite challenging to obtain. It’s essential to know how to access Challenger’s Deep and understand the local fish’s preferences, which we’ll cover below.
How to Complete the Challenger’s Deep Bestiary
To reach Challenger’s Deep, you’ll need to finish all tasks at Volcanic Vents, particularly upgrading your submarine, which involves gathering fish and crystals. Once that’s done, hop back into your submarine and travel to the entrance at the coordinates: -2630, -3830, 755.
Since the surroundings of Challenger’s Deep are icy cold, it’s advisable to prepare by wearing a Winter Cloak or the second-level Glimmerfin Suit.
To catch the fish from the bestiary, you need to find the pool, which can be accessed via the northwest tunnel. Here’s a rundown of the fish and their preferences in this area:

Catching all the fish may prove to be a challenge, so be sure to use totems to alter the weather or time of day. Additionally, always use the recommended bait or the best bait you have available.
Deep within Challenger’s Deep is the rare Frozen Leviathan. This fish is tough to catch and requires both skill and patience due to its very low spawn rate. To boost your chances, aim to create the ideal conditions where the Frozen Leviathan usually appears:
- Weather – Clear
- Time – Night
- Season – Winter
- Bait – Truffle Worm
Like the Magma Leviathan in Volcanic Vents, the Frozen Leviathan in Challenger’s Deep is not part of the local bestiary, so you can complete the collection without catching it.
