Tackling the Connections puzzle can be quite a challenge, and today’s edition is no different. Personally, I found today’s attempt to be a notch tougher than usual, likely because of the words chosen for this puzzle. However, you can simplify your experience with our helpful tips and strategies. With so much happening, almost every word seems eligible for one of the categories, and that’s where we step in to guide you through it.
If you’re interested in a different type of puzzle to kick off your day, try the NYT’s Letter Boxed. It’s a delightful game where you can mix and match letters as you seek the correct sequence. This offers a nice alternative to the often strict guess limits in Connections.

STAMP |
I found this category to be the easiest one today, as it didn’t overlap much with the others. The words LABEL and STAMP are nearly synonymous, and the rest share similar meanings. If you’re not very familiar with postal terminology, this might be easier or more complex for you. However, having helped my dad run his online business, I know a thing or two about various stamps and sealing packages quite well.

This category started to get complicated, as some of the names like BROWN and DYLAN can fit into multiple categories. BROWN, in particular, would work for categories that don’t exist in today’s puzzle, which could confuse players. Several words could apply to cities, which makes the task even trickier.

This category also presented some overlap, leading to more than a few false entries that could confuse players. For instance, there are numerous names from the popular series Severance that could belong in other categories without any issue, which adds to the complexity of the puzzle.

Some terms could belong to other fictional names as well, leading to potential frustration given that one or two entries might seem unfair due to their fictitious nature. While the misspelled words are notoriously difficult, they also distract players by relying on different terms than what the puzzle is asking for. Nevertheless, it’s possible to conquer this challenge; it just requires a bit more effort.
