A battery is an uncommon item that you can find in electrical or tech sections on the map. For the best chances, focus on those parts of the game world. However, my favorite spots to find batteries are in the small substation buildings scattered around larger electrical stations, like the one in Dam Battlegrounds. Checking inside these smaller structures often yields some useful loot, including batteries and wires.
To increase your odds, explore the smaller sheds near main power stations, rather than the big structures. You’re likely to find at least one battery by searching through these smaller buildings. If you’re not up for searching around or want a quicker route, you can also craft a battery by breaking down certain items. For example, items like broken tasers, portable TVs, or power banks can be dismantled for the necessary components.
Alternatively, at level 7, you can purchase a battery from Celeste. But since this is only your second quest, waiting might not be worth it. Once you’ve got the battery and wires, return to Shani to turn in the quest. Completing it will earn you experience points, a Tactical MK.1 upgrade to improve your carrying capacity, and three adrenaline shots to boost your stamina in fights.
