Locating Ayejack in Monster Hunter Wilds: A Complete Guide

In *Monster Hunter Wilds*, you’ll encounter Sleeping Ayejack, a mischievous Wubwub that has made off with Alma’s glasses. To retrieve them, you’ll need to complete the side quest titled “The Apple of Her Eye.” After chatting with some fellow Wubwubs around the bonfire in this new content update, you’ll learn that Sleeping Ayejack is located somewhere below the lively rooftop party. However, given that this is set high up in a jungle tower, “below” could mean different things as you search for this little creature wearing glasses.

Finding Ayejack in MH Wilds

To find Sleeping Ayejack in *Monster Hunter Wilds*, head back to the Wubwub Hideout in the area beneath the bonfire. Look for the green leafy papooses hanging from the ceiling. One of these contains a Wubwub wearing red glasses, located roughly in the center of the room near the large tree that grows inside. That’s your target, Sleeping Ayejack! Speak to him to move on to the next objective in your quest.

Ayejack won’t hand over the glasses until you provide him with a sample of Eastern Honey. There are several ways to obtain this if you haven’t already:

Trade a Fossilized Fire Opal with the trader named Ren.
Find it as a rare drop from Honeycombs scattered throughout the world.
Collect it as a rare drop using the Wildlife Capture Net on Giant Vigorwasps.
Complete the Side Quest “A Leviathan’s Temper” if you haven’t done so yet.

Once you have the Eastern Honey, return it to Ayejack to receive Alma’s glasses. Afterward, you can equip them using the Appearance menu in your tent.
