How to Find the Object for the Device in Silent Hill f
First, activate the statue of the left hand outside the sacred door. Doing this will lead you to a room where you’ll see Rinko trapped in a cage hanging over some fire, along with two machines that let you flip the color of a ball. The options are red and blue, or green and gray. Use these to open the doors shown on the map, which will lead you to three different rooms where each Fox Crest is hidden. Here’s how to get each one:
Room 1:
Set the machines to Blue and Gray, then follow the dots to reach this room. Inside, you’ll find some notes and objects. But you won’t be able to grab the Fox Crest until you activate the light, which turns the room red. Expect an attack from a monster here; fight it off, then check behind the candy jars under the red light to find the crest.
Room 2:
Adjust the machines to Red and Green to get to this room. Inside, interact with the light to turn it on. There won’t be an attack this time, so carefully examine all the dolls. Once the room turns red, you’ll find the Fox Crest.
Room 3b:
To reach this room, first make sure the devices are set to Red and Green to get into Room 3a. From there, change the machine to Red and Gray, following that route to arrive at Room 3b. This classroom is full of desks. Interact with the light, then check the remaining desk — the Fox Crest is hidden there. After collecting it, prepare for the monsters that will appear, then head out.
final step:
Insert all three Fox Crests into the device—it’s easiest to do this as you collect them. Unfortunately, this leads to a bad ending for Rinko. With the artifacts in place, you’ll earn a Tri Scale Emblem key, which you can use to open the first Sacred Door and continue your journey.
