Pokémon Pokopia is mostly a never-ending cycle of getting new items to customize and build with. However, if you don’t use codes to claim Mystery Gifts, you might miss out on some special rewards. The game frequently features limited-time events and crossover content, so it’s a good idea to regularly check for new Mystery Gift codes.
Mystery Gifts have been part of Pokémon games since the second generation. They usually work with the wireless features of each Nintendo system. For Pokémon Pokopia, you’ll need an internet connection to redeem these codes and get your gifts.
All Free Items Codes in Pokémon Pokopia
| Code | Reward | Expiration Date |
|---|---|---|
| P0K0P1AGARDENS | Chansey Plant | October 7, 2026 |
| N/A – Get via Internet | Ditto Rug | January 31, 2026 |
As of April 2026, only one code is active for free items in Pokémon Pokopia. You can earn two items via Mystery Gifts: the Chansey Plant and the Ditto Rug. The Ditto Rug isn’t tied to a code—it’s obtainable by selecting the “Get via Internet” option. You can use this method to get the rug without a code.
Remember, Mystery Gift codes are one-time use. After redeeming a code, you can’t use it again for a second item. If you want more copies of a gift, you might consider taking a picture of the item and printing it at a Pokémon Center using Pokémetal.
How to Redeem Codes in Pokémon Pokopia
To claim Mystery Gifts, you’ll need a computer. Visit the PC outside any Pokémon Center (it doesn’t matter if the Center has been rebuilt). Select the Get Items option in the middle of the bottom row, then choose Mystery Gifts from the menu.
From there, you’ll see three options:
- Get with Code/Password: Use this to input the codes listed above. A keyboard will appear, allowing you to type the code in.
- Get via Internet: Use this option to receive gifts without a code, like the Ditto Rug.
Keep an eye out! Nintendo might add new free item codes from time to time, so check back often. Mystery Gifts are often the only way to get certain rare or exclusive items—once a code expires, you won’t be able to get that gift again. While Mystery Gifts have been common in main Pokémon games, how much they’ll be used in Pokémon Pokopia remains to be seen. There’s potential to collect many free items by keeping an eye on new codes.
