In the "For Victory!" quest of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, you’ll come across several side activities. One intriguing side quest is assigned by Knight Hermann Littlehead, who has a bit of a grudge against Florian due to some playful teasing and wants to get back at him.

Where to Find Florian’s Ring
After your conversation with Hermann, turn around and exit through the door on your left. Then, use the door on your right, go downstairs, and exit. Continue straight ahead, and you’ll find a staircase on your right. Ascend the staircase and head into the kitchen, then keep going up.
Make sure you have two lockpicks with you before you arrive at the destination, as you’ll need them to unlock a chest. The lock isn’t too tricky, but having an extra pick is always a good idea.
Navigating your way up won’t be hard. Continue until you see a message indicating you’ve entered a private area. Exercise caution around the guards as you go up, aiming for a red door.
Upon reaching the door, you’ll notice guards patrolling the area. It’s best to stay hidden, so use stealth while moving through these sections.
Once you open the red door, take the stairs up on your left. Go up once more, and you’ll see a door on the right. Open it, and you’ll find Florian’s ring inside the chest straight ahead.
Be mindful; as soon as you enter, a guard may be nearby. If he spots you, you’ll need to avoid getting caught. If the guard makes his way into Florian’s room, consider using stealth to quietly incapacitate him.
Once you have the ring, make use of your lockpick to unlock the chest and retrieve the prize. Now that you’ve secured the ring, return and inform Hermann.
Pranking Florian
Now that you possess the ring, it’s time to set up the prank on Florian. Speak to Hermann again, and he’ll say it’s time. You can choose to go through with the prank or decline. If you participate, Hermann will let you know who to hand the ring over to. Next, you’ll need to talk to Adleta of Straz and tell her you have a special gift.
If you decide against the prank, don’t worry; your reputation with Hermann remains intact. He will be grateful for the ring and offer you Weak Saviour Schnapps and 100 Groschen as a reward.
When Adleta asks who the ring is from, you’ll have three options:
- Hermann Littlehead
- A shy friend
- From me
If you mention the first option, Adleta will inquire further, prompting Florian to intervene and claim that Hermann is behind the gesture. You’ll lose reputation, and Florian will challenge you to a duel. You can decide to fight him or use your persuasion skills to avoid the trouble if you’re skilled enough. If you choose to fight, head outside to duel him and claim victory to complete the quest.
Choosing the second option will have Adleta recognize the ring and suspect Florian of wrongdoing as she accuses him of cheating. This was Hermann’s intent, and it will lead to some entertaining insults directed at Florian.
If you opt for the third choice, Florian will immediately insult you and label you a peasant. Unfortunately, Adleta will also recognize the ring, leading to your cover being blown, resulting in the same duel challenge as the first option.
Upon completing the prank successfully, return to Hermann, and he will be amused. You’ll receive rewards including Weak Saviour Schnapps, the "Strength of the Knight 3" book, and Groschen for your efforts.
