As you play through the main storyline of Crimson Desert, you’ll notice that traveling mainly involves riding your horse until you unlock teleportation points scattered throughout the map. While riding, you’ll often come across random faction quests that appear along your path.

After the prologue of Crimson Desert, you’ll spawn in the main city of the Hernand region. Check your map and find the nearby river. Head directly south from the city, cross the river, and then continue eastward. You will eventually reach the Unicorn Cliff area.
Keep traveling east past where the Unicorn Cliff label is on the map. Soon, a white circle will appear, marking the location of the monk who offers this quest. Talk to him to begin the hunt for the Mystical Mushroom.
### Where to Find the Mystical Pine Mushroom
After speaking with the monk, a new marker will show up just south of the quest’s initial point. The Mystical Pine Mushroom is located in Pororin village, but you can’t just walk into it directly. When you’re near the village, you’ll be put to sleep and kicked out.
To access the village, you’ll need to complete the Unreachable Village quest, which involves retrieving a relic from a giant walking tree. Once that’s done, go back to Pororin village and head northeast of the marked area.
Look for a cave near the bottom part of this zone. You can enter the cave, which has a wooden pillar nearby, and dash through it to avoid falling asleep from the sleep mushrooms scattered inside. At the end of the cave, you’ll find the Mystical Pine Mushroom. Collecting one ends the quest, but you’re free to take as many as you’d like.
