Although we’re still getting used to the cooking update and its various recipes, Roblox’s Grow a Garden has introduced a new event for players to enjoy: the Beanstalk Event! This event features new pets, cosmetics, seeds, and more.
The update also adds the Garden Guide—a helpful index for plants, pets, and other items—so you can keep track of your collection. Here’s everything you need to know about the Beanstalk Event, including how to get Sprout Eggs and other rewards.
How To Grow The Beanstalk
To grow the beanstalk, you need to give crops to the NPC in the center of the map. The NPC will request specific types of crops, with several fruit varieties falling into different categories. Based on our testing and community reports, the crop requests change every hour.
Note: The requested crop types rotate each hour.

How To Earn Points
Most crops grant you five points, though not all do. To fill the beanstalk’s gauge, you need 900 points total.
Tip: Growing the beanstalk on a public server can be easier since you won’t have to grow it all alone.
How To Climb The Beanstalk
Once the beanstalk is fully grown, you can climb it to reach the reward store at the top—Goliath’s Goods. This shop offers various items in exchange for sheckles.
Important: The beanstalk only lasts 20 minutes before it decays and regrows as a sprout, requiring you to grow it again.
Along the climb, glowing orbs may appear that grant rewards such as:

If jumping between leaves and platforms is tricky, try staying near the center stalk and climbing from there. Rewards can be collected on your way down.
Note: After six or more growings, you’ll unlock a portal for instant access, skipping the climb altogether.
