As you build your reputation in Fields of Mistria, you’ll take on several quests to help restore and improve the town after a major earthquake. The more tasks you complete, the more the town will flourish, unlocking new rewards and areas to explore.
One key upgrade involves the weekly market, where vendors from all across the kingdom come to sell their goods. To attract more vendors, you need to increase your town’s rank and construct the right vendor stalls. Here’s what you need to know to get started.
How to Unlock the Saturday Market Upgrade
Before you can discuss upgrading the Saturday Market with Adeline, you must reach town rank 65. The best way to do this is by completing requests as soon as they appear to boost your reputation.
Tip: Focus most of your efforts on Crown Requests starting at level 60, as these give higher renown rewards.
Once you hit rank 65, check your mailbox for a letter from Adeline. She’ll want to meet with you—just find her on your map and start a conversation to begin the quest. She will then take you to Nora to talk about building new vendor stalls that will bring in more profitable vendors. To do this, you’ll need to gather specific materials to craft the stalls yourself.
How to Upgrade the Saturday Market
To improve the Saturday Market, you’ll need materials mined from various locations and some refined components that are obtainable as you advance through the main story.
Important: If you’ve unlocked this quest, you now have access to the Stone Refinery.
Here are the materials needed:

Take all these materials and place them in the drop box outside Adeline’s house. Afterward, talk with her again, and she will prepare the stalls for the Saturday Market, even if you do this on a Friday night.
Where to Find Taliferro’s Stall
The first new stall belongs to Taliferro, a famous chef with a cooking challenge. You can check his requests on the cooking challenge board to see what recipes he wants you to prepare.
His stall is located on the western side of Adeline’s lawn, next to the pond. You can’t buy anything directly from Taliferro, but completing his cooking challenges will unlock new rewards and help boost your reputation.
Where to Find Wheedle’s Stall
Wheedle, a merchant familiar if you’ve been close with Balor, has his stall on the eastern side of the manor lawn, next to the garden. You can buy various items from him, including poisons that add elemental effects to your sword, fun cosmetics like mini wings, and a special Item called Date Inspiration.
Note: Wheedle’s prices are high, but the storage chests he sells with increased capacity are worth the cost. These come in chest and ice box styles, allowing for better decoration while providing more storage space.
