Scrap is the main currency in Goat Simulator 3’s Baadlands: Furry Road DLC, and you’ll need a lot of it to buy different items and upgrades. You can collect Scrap by headbutting and smashing breakable objects or people, but sometimes it feels like nothing you hit gives you Scrap.
Luckily, there’s a faster and easier way to farm Scrap so you can quickly gather enough to buy everything you want in the post-apocalyptic San Angora world. Here’s what you need to know.
How to Farm Scrap Quickly
First, head to Newtown. Find the photocopier on the west side of town. If you haven’t already, break the fencing in front of it. Nearby, look for one of the blue breakable crates and drag it onto the left circular platform near the photocopier.
Once there, headbutt the large red button on the left. This activates the photocopier to copy the crate onto a platform on the right. Drag the copied crate to the left platform, then press the button again. Keep repeating this process to produce a pile of blue crates on the left side.
After collecting enough blue crates, photocopy them, then smash the ones that appear on the right to get Scrap. You can then just keep hitting the button repeatedly to farm Scrap very quickly.
What Are Scraps Used For?
The main use for Scrap is upgrading Pilgor Town Camp, with upgrades costing up to 3,500 Scrap each. Buying all upgrades is necessary to open the vault. You’ll also need Scrap to buy items from NPC merchants, including new gear. Sometimes, you’ll need Scrap for specific events, like paying taxes or spending 2,000 Scrap to get a Tower Viewer Pass.
