The Kitchen Storm update in Roblox’s Grow a Garden introduces a new NPC called the Food Connoisseur. This character wants to take your carefully prepared food items, but only accepts Mutated Food. Once you give a Mutated Food item to the Rat Connoisseur, you’ll have the opportunity to select one of three possible rewards at random from a list. The Rewards include items like Culinarian Chests, Gourmet Seed Packs, various seeds, and cosmetics, Pet Shard Aromatic, and pets such as the Sunny-Side Chicken or Gorilla Chef. Some rewards like the Kitchen Crate contain several items, including cosmetics like the Frying Pan or Sink Cabinet, or pets like the Bagel Bunny or Pancake Mole, with specified chances of each. Other rewards, such as Pet Shard Aromatic, apply specific mutations to pets, or give pets like the Sunny-Side Chicken or Gorilla Chef. Certain cosmetic items include the Cooking Cauldron, Smoothie Fountain, Kitchen Flooring, and Kitchen Cart.
