Since ARC destroyed humanity, much of the shopping in Arc Raiders involves trading, scavenging, and black market dealings. Even the most official vendors might end up sourcing guns and supplies from shady sources. Many, like Tian Wen, supplement their income and inventory through the black market or help from Raiders.
To stay competitive with plenty of Raiders carrying guns and a constant demand for the best weapons to fight ARC, it’s crucial to keep supply lines open and find better loot than others. Tian Wen aims to become Speranza’s main dealer for guns or at least improve her inventory. That means checking out where everyone is getting their supplies at The Blue Gate.
Where to Find the Armored Patrol Key Card
Armored Transports is another quest from Tian Wen, unlocked after completing the previous quest, “A New Type Of Plant.” You need to go to The Blue Gate, specifically to the Checkpoint area in the middle of the map.
Tip: The Checkpoint can spawn at least two Bastions—one outside and one inside. Bring extra Shield Rechargers and Bandages just in case they attack, or explosives if you plan to destroy them for Bastion Cells.
Once you arrive, you’ll finish the first objective and then need to find the Guard Posts in the area. These are small shacks outside the Outer Gates of the Checkpoint, near the main gates.

Go into the last Guard Post on the left side of Checkpoint, which has no cars outside. You’ll see a desk with yellow folders. Search through these folders to get the Patrol Car Key. Make sure to put the key in your Safe Pocket so it doesn’t get lost.
Note: You don’t have to complete this part in one go. If you’re short on time, you can extract and keep the key for next time, or get a second key from the guard shack if you lose the first one.
Where to Find the Armored Transport Car
Next, locate the armored car. It’s past the Outer Gates, in the Traffic Tunnel underneath the upper part of The Blue Gate, along with the Maintenance and Security Wings.
Pass by the first few armored cars, which have open hatches. Be on the lookout for Fireballs and Pop Rollers roaming the area. Further into the tunnel, you’ll find one with a closed back, next to some concrete dividers.

Enter the tunnel and run past the open hatches while avoiding enemies. When you see the armored car with the closed back, approach it. Use the Patrol Key to open the back of the vehicle, completing the final step of the quest.
After opening, loot the Weapons Case inside the truck for rare weapons and modifications like the Osprey. Then, extract and head back to Speranza. Talk to Tian Wen to turn in the quest and earn rewards such as experience points, the Blue Yellow color for the Aviator Outfit, three Smoke Grenades, and three Defibrillators.
