How to Enter the House of Healing Through Completing the Crimson Desert Quest

When you start playing Crimson Desert, you’ll find out that the main character is a Greymane. You’ll also meet several other characters from this faction. However, after an event in the prologue, these characters get separated, and you’ll need to start over from the beginning.

Once you finish the first few chapters, you’ll get to see some of these characters again through the main story. One key quest that lets you meet an important person is called “Familiar Curses.” Be careful, though, because during this quest, you might accidentally lose ten silver coins for no reason.

### How to Start the Familiar Curses Quest

If you want to meet Yann again, you need to get through the main story until you reach the part called the Familiar Curses quest. To do this, you first must reach chapter three, where you finally set up your own camp in a quest called “A Fresh Start.” After creating your camp, you’ll share a meal with your group and welcome Marius back in a small side quest.

Once Marius is back at the camp, the Familiar Curses quest begins. It mainly takes place near the House of Healing, which is located on the southeastern side of Hernand.

### How to Enter the House of Healing

As you approach the House of Healing, you will see three women standing near its entrance. They say the only way to get inside is either by getting a pass from the Church of Hernand or by wearing a special costume from a shady character nearby. You can find this person close to another gate on the right side of the entrance.

Both the costume and the pass cost ten silver coins, which is quite a bit early in the game. Luckily, you don’t have to buy either. There’s an alternative way to get inside without permission. To do this, go to the left of the entrance and climb up the hill to reach a large building.

Near the stone fence, you’ll notice two soldiers talking in front of a ladder. Wait a moment until they move away. Then, take the chance to go up the ladder and get inside. Once at the top, drop down onto the lower roof on your left, where you’ll find an entry to the upper floor of the building.

Enter through this upper-level door and head right until you find the area where a cutscene starts, and you meet Yann. After meeting him, just follow him out of the house to complete the Familiar Curses quest.
