Monster Hunter Wilds is celebrating a new seasonal event called the Flamefete Festival. Similar to the Festival Of Accord: Blossomdance, completing event quests during this time will earn you special materials to craft exclusive equipment. Some challenges, like the Arch Tempered Uth Duna, can be quite tough.

This festival marks the summer season. If you enjoy armor sets like Diver or Afi, or accessories like Half-rim Glasses or Lovely Shades, this event is perfect for you. Here’s everything you need to know to get started.
How To Join The Festival Of Accord: Flamefete
To participate, you need to log into Monster Hunter Wilds between July 23, 2025, and August 6, 2025. During this period, visit the Grand Hub. You will see a decorative update that indicates the festival is active.
This event features reruns of past event quests along with new ones, allowing you to craft new gear for your hunter. You can also order a special meal at the Grand Hub, see NPCs in new outfits, and enjoy a slightly altered Barrel Bowling mini-game.
Additionally, if you buy the Flamefete DLC Pack from the in-game store, you’ll unlock extra cosmetic items for your Seikret and some NPCs.
How To Get Flamefete Tickets
Log in daily during the event or complete limited bounties to earn a Flamefete Ticket, which is essential for crafting special gear. When you first log in during the festival, you’ll receive a free Watergun Gesture emote.
How To Obtain The Afi Alpha Armor Set
The Flamefete Tickets allow you to unlock a bonus skill called Flamefete Prayer, giving you extra rewards and attack/defense boosts for the event duration. To get this skill, craft the Afi Armor Set using these materials:

New Event Quests
Along with previous event quests, there are three new challenges. These vary in difficulty. Completing them may earn you materials to craft special armor and weapons for the event.
During the festival, Fabius will be available as a Support Hunter in the quest menu, adding a new dynamic to gameplay.
