How to Complete Every Colour Palette in Scott Pilgrim EX and Solve All Secrets

In Scott Pilgrim EX, each playable character has multiple color options, also known as costumes. Every character starts with four unlocked palettes—one default and three variations. There are two additional palettes for each character that can be unlocked through specific locations in the game.

The first place to unlock new palettes is in the Movie Studio, located to the right of the Shopping Area. When you reach the studio, find the trailer called the Make-Up Room. Inside, you’ll find a shop offering five costumes for purchase. The last two are special bundles that include a costume for two different characters each. Here’s what you can buy:

The second place where you can unlock additional palettes is in the Gothic dimension above Annex Alley. Access this area during Quest 3, called the Hidden Castle, but you can return here anytime afterward. Enter through the Cold Topic shop, found near the entrance, and you will see the options to purchase more costume palettes. This shop offers five options, with some being bundles for two characters:

It’s worth noting that the “Negative Heroes” bundle unlocks Nega Scott and Nega Ramona, which are among the coolest costumes in the game.

To change your character’s costume, go to Scott and Ramona’s house in the Suburbs. Here, you can select your character and easily switch between available costumes, including the unlocked palettes.
