How to Complete Beelzemon and Solve in Digimon Story: Time Stranger

While Digimon in Digimon Story: Time Stranger come in all sorts of amazing shapes and sizes—ranging from dinosaurs to fiery birds—they are just as intelligent as humans. They have their own thoughts and feelings and experience many of the same things, including love.

Just like some people struggle to find love or need examples to understand what to do, some Digimon have similar worries. Minervamon is trying to figure out love, specifically love between Digimon. While romantic movies gave her some ideas, she hopes another Digimon can offer fresh insight.

How to Bring Beelzemon to Minervamon

Premonitions of Love is the second part of Minervamon’s side quest series, which begins after finishing the first side quest, What Is Love?. Both What Is Love? and other side missions become accessible once you start the main story mission, The Final Battle Over The Natural Order, and gain the ability to time-travel.

In the present day, head to Rebellion Village and talk to Minervamon near the entrance to Merukimon’s old room for instructions. She’ll ask you to bring her a Digimon that rides a motorcycle and give some hints about which Digimon it might be. Talking to the nearby Tanemon, who wants a Card Battle, will reveal the name: Beelzemon.

If you don’t already have a Beelzemon, there are several ways to get one. The simplest method is to evolve from DemiDevimon to Sangloupmon, then to Astamon, and finally to Beelzemon, since this requires minimal personality changes. Other routes include:

One effective route is to travel to the Dark Field and battle Sangloupmon there to obtain their DNA, bypassing the need for DemiDevimon. This method lets you quickly gather enough Conversion DNA—up to 200%—which is useful if you plan to battle with Beelzemon or want additional benefits.

For the easiest approach, ensure DemiDevimon has an attack-boosting personality, such as Reckless, to reach Sangloupmon more easily. After that, raise Sangloupmon’s Intelligence and Spirit stats to evolve into Astamon, using training sets that allow stat gains without changing personalities.

Once you’ve obtained Beelzemon, bring them to Minervamon in Rebellion Village while they are in your main party. Talk to her to trigger a cutscene. Then, speak again with Minervamon on the other side of the village, near the doorway to the In-Between Theater, to complete the quest. As a reward, you’ll earn 100 Anomaly Points and two Friendship DX medals, which boost a Digimon’s Bond by five percent each.
