Items known as Trinkets in Grounded 2 are small but powerful accessories you can unlock and craft. They provide passive bonuses like increased resistance to damage or boosting your damage output with certain weapons. These Trinkets are crucial for survival, especially during challenging bug battles in the garden.
To improve your skills and effectiveness, you’ll want to unlock some Trinkets. Here’s how to obtain different ones and what you need to craft them.
How to Obtain Trinkets in Grounded 2
Trinkets are either crafted or found by looting creatures or candy items. However, looting has a low chance of dropping Trinkets, so you’ll need to loot many bugs or candies before they appear. Crafting recipes become available once you analyze specific ingredients using the Resource Analyzer or reach certain Brainpower levels.
Your Brainpower increases as you analyze new resources at the Ranger Station Resource Analyzer. The higher your Brainpower, the more recipes you can unlock. Focus on analyzing every new resource you come across to raise your Brainpower.
Tip: Pay attention to the buffs each Trinket offers. Choose only those that complement your current build to maximize benefits.
Once you unlock a recipe, you can find the corresponding Trinket in your weapons and armor menu under the SCA.B 2K section. Before equipping, you’ll need to gather the necessary resources, which range from common plants to rare items obtained by fighting bugs.
