How to Complete All Trophies & Achievements in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater

Collect all trophies and achievements.

There’s not much to explain. Do everything, and you’ll earn this trophy. Plus, you’ll feel proud of completing everything, which is its own reward.

Stun Ocelot

The simplest way is to throw a stun grenade at him as soon as he takes cover. This makes it hard for him to move away, even if it temporarily blinds you, too.

Win against The Pain

The Pain is one of the easiest bosses. It just takes patience. Keep healing yourself and slowly lower his health until he’s defeated.

Win against The Fear

The Fear can be tricky due to all the traps around. Watch for The Fear above and traps below, and you’ll mostly stay safe.

Win against The End

This boss fight is long and requires patience. Move carefully through the area to find him, or wait a couple of weeks for him to die on his own.

Win against The Fury

The Fury can destroy you quickly if you’re not careful with cover. Stay out of sight, and shoot when you can to quickly get back into protection.

Win against The Sorrow

All you need to do is walk to the end of the River during The Sorrow fight. The game will say Snake is dead, but use a Revival Pill, and you’ll find he’s fine.

Win against The Volgin

Get close to Volgin, attack him with CQC, then shoot him when he’s down. He would do the same to you.

Win against The Shagohod

Your RPG will work well here. Aim for the weak points, and this fight won’t be too hard.

Win against The Boss

The Boss attacks in different ways. Counter her melee attacks with CQC at the right times, and seek cover when she shoots. Attack her when she’s not aware, and the fight becomes easier.

Knock out a guard with CQC

Sneak behind a guard, grab, and knock them out. This only requires stealth.

Interrogate an enemy with CQC

Don’t knock them out immediately—grab and interrogate an enemy to see some relevant info. You can then knock them out afterward.

Hold up an enemy

Approach an enemy quietly with your gun drawn, and tell them to freeze. They will surrender.

Remove a bullet with a knife

If you get shot, sometimes a bullet remains in your body. Use your knife in the Cure menu to remove it.

Spot Ocelot when Snake shakes the President’s hand

During the cutscene with Snake and the president, Ocelot appears in the background. Take a quick look for this trophy.

Shoot a Kerotan frog for the first time

There are 64 cartoon frogs around the game. Shoot one for this achievement.

Shoot a GA-KO for the first time

There are 64 camouflaged ducks hidden throughout the game. Shoot one to earn this trophy.

Make Snake vomit

Spin Snake around in the Survival Viewer for a few minutes, then exit. Snake will throw up afterward.

Capture any animal alive

Shoot an animal with a non-lethal round, then approach to capture it alive.

Eat a snake of any kind

Eat a tranquilized snake or kill one and consume it.

Add any item to your Food Collection

After eating anything, check your Food Collection from the main menu to record it.

Reach a 100% Camo Index

For this, sneak up behind The End and aim your weapon during his boss fight to unlock his camo.

Achieve at least 90% Camo Index

Keep collecting camo as you go. Use the best ones and go prone when needed. This will make it easier to reach 90% or higher.

Create the Ocelot Time Paradox

Kill Ocelot while he’s unconscious after his first appearance, using an explosive barrel or shotgun.

Throw a poisonous creature at an enemy

Capture a poisonous animal (like snakes or a scorpion), equip it in your weapons, and throw it at an enemy.

Listen to Para-Medic talk about movies after saving

Para-Medic will often start talking about movies automatically when you save by calling her on the radio.

Call in fire support

Interrogating some soldiers allows you to call in fire support from their radios.

Use a Healing Radio frequency

These secret radio frequencies restore your stamina once per playthrough, allowing healing when needed.

Use bees to harass an enemy

Find beehives hanging from trees. Fire at one above an enemy, and the bees will attack them.

Destroy an armory or supply storehouse with TNT

Scattered around the game, these storehouses contain useful supplies. Loot them first, then blow them up.

Use the Fake Death Pill

Take the Fake Death Pill. You can wake yourself with another pill afterward.

Hold up The End to make him drop an item

This is needed for the 100% Camo Index. Use a trail to sneak up on him with your weapon out, then hold him up.

Kill The End before the boss fight

Right after encountering The End at the dock, he’s leaving in a wheelchair. You can kill him now, but it means missing his camo in that run.

Get dirty while wearing the Scientist uniform

Wear the Scientist uniform and crawl through mud to complete this.

Start a game in New Style

The New Style uses a modern third-person camera. Launch the game with this camera for the achievement.

Start a game in Legacy Style

Choose the legacy camera mode to unlock this achievement.

Use Photo Mode for the first time

Access Photo Mode from the pause menu to earn this.

Parry all of The Boss’s CQC attacks

Right before she attacks, press the CQC button to parry. Do this every time to unlock the achievement.

Catch a tsuchinoko

Use a mouse trap to catch a tsuchinoko. They’re rare, and can be found in specific areas like Graniny Gorki South. Only one per playthrough.

Attack all 64 Kerotans

This involves finding and shooting all the cartoon frogs scattered throughout the game. Take your time in each level to ensure none are missed.

Attack all 64 GA-KOs

Similar to the Kerotans, find and shoot all the camouflaged ducks. It’s easier to do on a second game run since progress carries over.

Finish the game on any difficulty

The only requirement is to complete the entire game.

Complete the game without killing anyone

It’s quite manageable, especially on Very Easy difficulty, and is a straightforward achievement.

Achieve 100% on your Food Collection

This takes time, but with careful exploration, you can unlock it in your first playthrough.

Get all camo and face paint

This requires exploring every corner of the game and completing various challenges and modes.

Earn the FOXHOUND title

This is the most difficult trophy. You must:

• Play on Extreme difficulty
• Reload no more than once
• Never alert enemies
• KIll no one
• Receive no more than five damage bars
• Take 20 or fewer serious injuries
• Avoid using EZ Gun, Stealth Camo, and Infinite Face Paint
• Finish in under five hours

This requires multiple attempts and careful planning of your route to avoid delays and risks.
