| Come and see | Witness the beginning of the end. | Look through the peephole on your door on the sixth night to see the city burning. That will unlock this. |
| Special Delivery | Order something from ForRest. | Interact with the TV to see an ad, then use your phone to call ForRest and place an order. The first chance is the second day. |
| First time? | Misidentify a Visitor. | Shoot a human. There’s a tall man from the second night who is always human, or use the visitor identification guide to kill a human intentionally. |
| Harsh Compromise | Accept a bribe. | Some guests will try to bribe you to gain entry. Accepting one of these offers will unlock this achievement. The guide explains which guests give bribes. |
| Your Fluffy Master | Feed the cat. | First, let in the Cat Lady on the fourth night (she’s always a Visitor). Then, from the fifth day, order cat food from ForRest and feed the cat. This also prevents deaths when the cat is fed. |
| Soooooo… | Answer the pale Visitor’s question for the last time. | The Pale Man visits for the final time on the 11th night. Answer his questions to unlock. |
| Yes, I’m Alone | Let him in. | Whenever the Pale Man visits, tell him you’re alone to let him inside. This leads to one of the ten endings. |
| Wrath of the Vigilante | Fool the Vigilante on the Tenth or Twelfth Night. | Show him your teeth or another believable proof to convince him you’re not a Visitor. This unlocks a specific ending. |
| Lost in the Roots | Learn the secrets of immortality. | Invite the Immortal Man into your home and speak with him during the day. |
| Amateurish Exorcism | Keep control over your body. | On the third day, listen to the radio and call the Psychic’s number, then go through the conversation options. |
| Do Not Disturb | Refuse entry to aggressive tenants. | Turn away a clearly aggressive guest, like the Middle-aged Woman, to unlock this. |
| No, I’m not a Visitor | Check yourself for signs of being a Visitor. | Use the bathroom to examine yourself over several days until all signs are revealed. |
| Walk A Mile in Their Shoes | Have a strange dream. | When too many guests are murdered by Visitors, a strange dream occurs that clears the house of guests. Keeping known Visitors increases chances of this. |
| What THE HELL was That?! | Witness horrors outside your window. | During Night 12, look out through the window to the right of the Kitchen for this effect. Blink and miss it if you’re not careful. |
| Frenemy | Kill the same character as a human and as a Visitor. | Over multiple playthroughs, kill a character both times, once as a Visitor and once as a human. |
| No, I’m Not Alone | Survive with Visitors present. | Reach Day 14 with at least one Visitor in your home to unlock this ending. |
| House of the Living | Prevent Visitors from killing anyone in the first week. | Avoid letting Visitors murder anyone during the first seven days, which is tricky due to guaranteed visitors. Testing characters and making educated guesses helps. |
| A House with History | Explore your home’s past. | Examine specific items in your home, like the bathroom window, storage boxes, kitchen cupboard, office magazine, wall picture, crucifix, bunny toy, curtains, and nightstand. |
| The End? | Survive until the end. | Reach the 14th day with no Visitors inside your home for this ending. |
| I AM THE LAW | Show a pushy tenant who’s the boss. | Let in the Rent Guy, talk to him once, then shoot him to unlock. |
| Idiot Box | Watch all TV shows. | Regular TV shows count automatically, but to fully unlock, click your bedroom TV the specified times each day (from Day 1 to Day 14). |
| Hot Potato | Return the FEMA Notice to its owner. | On the eighth day, give the FEMA firefighter back the FEMA Notice he gave you on the seventh night. |
| Story Was a Little Dry | Complete the game without drinking Kombucha. | Finish the game and unlock an ending without ever drinking Kombucha. Some endings don’t count for this. |
| Shroom or Doom | Perform the mushroom ritual. | Complete the steps involving the Mushroom Man’s visit, including letting in the Cat Lady and following specific instructions. Refer to the detailed guide. |
| Embrace the Inevitable | Meet Death. | Follow the Prophet’s instructions starting at the third night and conclude the ritual to unlock this ending. |
| Sommelier | Fill your belly. | Consume every item in the game at least once, including Enerjeka, Coffee, Cigarettes, Kombucha, Beer, and Mushroom. Often done across multiple playthroughs. |

| Yes, I’m a Murderer | Commit numerous murders. | Kill about three or four humans to unlock this ending. The full details are in the endings guide. |
| Take Responsibility | Admit your guilt. | Interact with the Seductive Woman early and speak with her for several days to unlock this ending. |
| WHAT’S THAT SMELL?! | Witness someone puking. | Invite the Religious Guy, speak to him three times, then agree to give him a beer. He’ll puke and pass out, unlocking this achievement. |
| Happier Days | See the Widow’s photo from the past. | Invite the Widow in, talk to her over three days, and she will show you the photo. |
| Watch and learn | Teach a young man about murder. | Let in the Man in the Purple Headband and shoot him to unlock this. |
| Event Horizon | Face the unknown. | Invite the Cold Person, get them to show you their stomach, and confirm your fears. This kills anyone else with them. |
| Radioactive | Listen to all radio messages. | Tune in daily with your hallway radio from Day 1 to Day 13 to unlock this achievement. |
| You Weren’t Supposed to Hear That | Access the FEMA Hotline early. | Call the FEMA number (dial 000-451) on Day 1 or 2 before it’s unlocked to unlock this. The number is fixed across playthroughs. |
| Breakfast of Champions | Enjoy coffee and cigarettes together. | Order or find both, then drink coffee and smoke cigarettes in the same morning to unlock. Cigarettes can be ordered from ForRest after Day 7’s ad. |
| Family Dinner | Never refuse entry. | Allow every guest in, except for the Pale Man. If they complain, remove the one causing the issue. |
| Wait… | Question missing guests. | Invite the guest in the wheelchair, check their hands during testing—missing fingers indicate a Visitor. |
| Welcome to FEMA | Get a new job. | Unlock the FEMA ending by cooperating with FEMA and calling them three times, handing over notices. |
| The Child of Doom | Find the prophet of a new faith. | Invite the Seductive Woman, speak with her for several days, and find the baby within the home. Refer to the full guide. |
| The Usual Suspects | Meet all characters. | Over many playthroughs, meet all 56 characters and track progress via the Collection menu. |
| Bullet Dodger | Fool the Cat Lady/Ballerina. | Speak to her five days in a row, and during the last conversation, select options that involve pointing a gun and shooting until she is “shot” to unlock. Save before her capture to try different outcomes. |
| You’re Fired! | Discover the FEMA ID. | Invite the FEMA agent in, speak to him thrice, and during the third, choose to search his pockets and draw your gun to unlock this. |

| The Whisperer in the Darkness | Talk to the Blind Guy. | Speak with him five times over five days, then check on him on the sixth day to unlock. Make sure he’s in the house by Night 7. |
| Martyr | Save the Woman with Glasses. | During her five days in the house, ensure she arrives early and speaks with her multiple times, then get her on the first, second, or eighth night when she is available. Save and reload to get her at the right time. |
