How to Complete a Hidden Treasure in Aeolia in Moonlighter 2

With Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault now available in early access, players can start exploring dungeons and trading rare treasures with villagers. As you improve your town’s economy, you’ll also have the chance to take on various side quests from important characters you meet along the way.

Many of these quests are for Eris, the potion maker. After first entering Zephyr Fields, she will have a vision that guides you to a special hidden item deep in the dungeon. Here’s how to complete the “A Hidden Treasure In Aeolia” quest and what it unlocks.

How To Complete A Hidden Treasure In Aeolia

Once you accept the quest, you need to go into the Zephyr Fields dungeon. Luckily, the hidden path you’re looking for is right at the start of this area. From the spawn point, move along the left side of the platform and go around to the back. There’s a zipline there that takes you up to a concealed pathway above.

Follow this pathway until you reach a portal that leads to a hidden zone. Inside, you’ll need to navigate a maze of wires to reach the end. The only real danger here is falling off the edge, but it’s quite difficult unless you’re actively trying to fall.

Reaching the Hidden Zone

When you arrive in the secret area, follow the ziplines until you get to a three-way junction. From this point, you’ll need to zipline between floating islands to maneuver through the maze. Use the diagram below as a guide, where each move is indicated as Up, Down, Left, or Right. Even as you change positions on the ziplines, these directions apply.

The Correct Path to the Scroll

Starting from the initial island, take these steps:

Down
Right
Right
Up
Left
Up
Left (this zipline drops you to a lower platform)
Down
Left

This sequence will lead you directly to the scroll that contains the recipe for the Blo-Blaster gun. When you reach the end, grab the scroll.

Unlocking the Blo-Blaster

Once you have the scroll, you can either keep exploring or return to town through a portal. To craft the Blo-Blaster, visit Babyl in the eastern part of the village. It costs 2,000 Gold and 4 Oneiric Quartz to make this weapon.

Tip: You can only get Oneiric Quartz from Zephyr Fields or buy it from Nou for 2,500 Gold each.

Why the Blo-Blaster is Great

The Blo-Blaster is one of the best ranged weapons in Moonlighter 2. It sacrifices some shot capacity for increased damage, making it ideal for defeating distant or airborne enemies. Although it doesn’t fire as fast, its raw power helps you quickly take down tough foes. It’s highly recommended if you rely on guns to handle enemies that hover or attack from range.
