In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, every quest presents an opportunity for unique interactions between Henry and various characters across the game’s regions. How to Begin the Primum Nil Nocere Quest

The Primum Nil Nocere quest can only be initiated toward the latter part of the Thunderstone side quest, where your task is to locate the Thunderstone.

When you encounter Mlada, inquire about the stone. She has it and believes it can heal her husband, Peter.

As part of your agreement, she will request your help in treating Peter in return for the Thunderstone.

How to Complete the Primum Nil Nocere Quest

How to Treat Peter

Inside the bedroom, you’ll find Peter unwell in bed. You can interact with him to examine his condition, but you won’t get any results right away.

Instead, pause the examination and visit Mlada again for more details. This will grant you a new dialogue option when speaking to Peter, allowing you to ask, ‘You don’t sleep much at night?’

After this conversation, you will understand what needs to be done. If you’re unsure, you’ll need to give him a Chamomile Brew.

If you don’t have the brew, you can prepare it yourself. Both Chamomile and Sage can be bought at the Grocer in town.

Once you have both items, head to the alchemy bench located north of the village to brew the Chamomile Brew.

To prepare the Chamomile Brew, follow these steps:

1. Add wine to the cauldron.
2. Put the Chamomile into the cauldron and boil it for one turn.
3. Grind the Sage and add it to the cauldron.
4. Finally, pour the mixture into a vial.

After brewing, return to Peter, hand over the Chamomile Brew, and wait a day to check on him to see if he has improved.

When you return, you’ll find Peter has gotten better and is back to work. Mlada will express her gratitude, and this will conclude the Primum Nil Nocere quest.
