Gotham Knights: What Should You Do After Completing the Game?

After you complete Gotham Knights, you’re granted access to Endgame content. This includes the option to start a New Game Plus (NG+), tackle time trials, engage in crime-fighting, and much more. It’s the perfect opportunity to experiment with characters you may not have used before, strive for 100% completion, earn that coveted platinum trophy, and fully discover all that Gotham City has to offer.

The game is filled with numerous hidden secrets that can’t be uncovered during the main missions. The endgame phase lets you explore to your heart’s content, taking over 20 hours to finish the base adventure and requiring over 30 hours for full completion.

Begin a New Game Plus

Upon successfully finishing the game and reaching level 30, you unlock the New Game+ mode in Gotham Knights. This feature lets you replay the game while keeping your acquired skills and gear, but be prepared for a higher level of difficulty.

Expect the bosses to come back with new strategies, raising the challenge. Participating in NG+ enhances your ability points, allowing for swift upgrades from level 30 to 40.

Earn the Platinum Trophy

By achieving numerous accomplishments in Gotham Knights and accumulating a total of 1000 Gamerscore, you can unlock the Platinum Trophy to truly represent your gaming feats.

To reach 1000 Gamerscore, you must defeat a certain number of specific villains, thwart 250 crimes, utilize mod fusion to gather 50 Modchips, discover every landmark in Gotham City, and complete 50 challenges.

Switch to a Different Character

In Gotham Knights, players can choose to embody any of the four characters: Robin, Red Hood, Batgirl, and Nightwing.

While character switching is allowed throughout your play, certain moments are exclusive to specific characters—making a complete playthrough with an alternate character a fresh and rewarding experience.

Combat Crime

You may not have completed all crime challenges in your first run. Fortunately, NG+ provides you with the chance to revisit and accomplish as many crime-fighting tasks as you like.

Gotham City is littered with diverse crime challenges, and completing these will reward you with new items and Salvage Points, which come in handy during New Game Plus.

Players are tasked with closing three villain case files that threaten to cause unrest in Gotham. Harley stymies your progress in four sub-quests related to the main plot, making NG+ an excellent opportunity to continue your exploration and finish her investigations if you missed them on your first playthrough.

Unlock All Character Outfits

Each character in the game comes with a variety of outfit styles. While your first run may restrict you from unlocking everything, starting NG+ allows you to finally claim all the locked collectibles.
