Visit the official Genshin Impact gift page at https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift. Log into your account, then enter the codes in the redemption box and click redeem. The rewards will also be sent to your mailbox from there.
Even if the rewards are small, they can make a difference when trying to get new characters like Lauma or Flins in Version 6.0.
