Fresh Outfits & Haircuts in Verso's Drafts DLC Update

The latest update for Clair Obscur, called Expedition 33, brings a lot of new content that will keep players engaged for a while. The highlight is a stunning new area called Verso’s Drafts, filled with fresh gear and outfits. This update was released as a celebration of Clair Obscur winning Game of the Year at this year’s The Game Awards. It also features many new hairstyles and outfits for the main characters.

Just like the original game, which players can buy from merchants or find during quests, the new outfits and hairstyles in the DLC require exploring Verso’s Drafts. One special outfit set can only be unlocked by defeating a tough new boss.

As shown, the DLC adds many new outfits and hairstyles, with most found in Verso’s Drafts or earned as rewards. A new merchant appears on the main continent, just outside Coastal Cave, selling all the Chic outfits and some special hairstyles.

To get the Monoco Baguette set, you need to defeat the Mime in Verso’s Drafts. Unlocking the Osquio and Simon sets requires defeating two very tough new bosses. Osquio is the final boss in Verso’s Drafts, while Simon the Divergent Star is a challenging new enemy in the Endless Tower.

Best New Outfits in Clair Obscur

With so many new styles to discover, you’ll have plenty of options to dress your characters. The Chic set, inspired by limited merchandise earlier this year, is especially beautiful, featuring elegant necklaces and stylish formal clothes. Don’t forget to take pictures of your new outfits using the game’s Photo Mode.

Completing all the marelle (hopscotch) puzzles inside Verso’s Drafts will earn you additional outfits or hairstyles. For example, earning Monoco’s French Bob involves finishing a specific challenge at the Gestral Resort. Overall, the Expedition 33 DLC offers some of the best outfits and hairstyles in the game, including quirky new options like the rainbow-shooting Osquio set, which makes Verso’s feet shoot rainbows as you move.
