Antiques in Where Winds Meet play a quiet but important role in shaping the game’s colorful world. Scattered through towns and hidden in underground caves, finding these objects earns players experience points, currency, and insights into the game’s story and setting.

Collecting antiques encourages players to explore different parts of the map, adding depth to the game’s lore and missions. Although these items aren’t always easy to spot, it’s worth carefully checking your surroundings to find pieces of the game’s story puzzle.

How to Find Antiques

Antiques in the game vary in form, from handkerchiefs and armor pieces to weapons and jewelry. You can track them using the region menus in your journal. Once found, these objects unlock background lore and can eventually be used to craft special cosmetic items.

Important Note

If you find an object that seems like an antique but isn’t recognized as one, it could be because you haven’t advanced enough in the main story. Sometimes, items stay in your inventory for a while before they are registered as antiques.

Crescent Ring	Behind a tree near the Well in the area around the Mountain	Use fire arrows to burn vines covering the well, then explore the underground chamber for the artifact.
Lovesick Handkerchief	Inside a chest in a building south of Blissful Retreat; then visit Peace Bell Tower	Investigate six areas around the tower and speak with the elder outside to complete this set.
Peace Pendant	Near the Peddler Shop, northwest of the Brewery Backyard	Collect from a chest, then talk to Auntie Tian after visiting the tower to finish this collection.
Engraved Bow	Inside a house east of the Deer Pond Boundary Stone	Find in a room upstairs from a corpse; advance far in the story to access this antique.
Warding Chest Armor	Inside a chest at the Evercare Clinic	Will register once you progress enough in the story.
